Next Level Weightlifting Club

Join our Next Level Weightlifting Club and follow our team programming. From Crossfit Garden City to Crossfit South Brooklyn we have dozens of athletes on this program.  We’ve had multiple athletes qualify for the Crossfit Regionals, Crossfit Games, and USA Weightlifting National competitions.

This program is 3 days a week, 4 exercises per day, with a strong focus on strength and technique. It’s perfect for weightlifters and Crossfit athletes. The program is built to have adjustability and for those who join the team remotely, you will have access to video analysis and feedback from Coach Frank Murray, if any adjustments are necessary.
