We also offer individual and group training.

Individual training includes 1-on-1 programming, coaching and technical critique with Coach Frank Murray.

  • 1 session: $100
  • 10 sessions: $90 per session
  • 2 sessions per week: $85 per session
  • 10 sessions at 2 per week: $80 per session

In addition, we also offer discounted group rates:

  • 2 on 1 training: $75 per person
  • 3 on 1 training: $60 per person
  • 3+ training: $200 per session
